A winding staircase leads you to the hidden wine cellar at Tsala, where shelves carefully house a selection of vintage and younger wines you can enjoy during your stay. The Tsala wine cellar pays homage to the wine makers of South Africa, showcasing the best of each wine region. From the cooler coastal Sauvignon Blancs to the rich Shiraz grapes grown on the slopes of the Helderberg in Stellenbosch, each wine is carefully selected and cared for so that you can savour their wonderful flavours while enjoying the sunset over the forest.
