Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum of one night, is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations between 16 & 30 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Cancellations between 15 & 8 days prior to arrival will result in 75% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Cancellations between 7 and the arrival date will result in 95% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Peak Season cancellations (18 December to 10 January) within 45 days of arrival will result in 95% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Premature departures may be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
- Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
Child Policy
Tsala Treetop welcomes all children 10 years and older subject to the occupancy of the lodge.
